Marsya said... I wanted to share how amazing their staff were! I was travelling in a group of 13, but one of our vehicle got stuck on ice on the way there. We had to leave 2 people behind to manage the car so that we don’t waste all the tickets. We (the rest of 11 people) were a bit late for check in because of the mishap, but the staff was kind enough to wait and let us board the cruise. And the 2 people left behind? They were rescued by the highway staff and they went to the ferry terminal but our ferry has departed. They went to Jucy counter and told about what happened. Amazingly, the Jucy staff arranged for them to get on the next cruise at no additional cost! Not only that, the staff even find me on the earlier cruise to inform that the late 2 people is on the next cruise and even passed a message from them. We were also told again of the arrangement on our way out of the cruise at the terminal, which was super amazing! I wish I got their names, we are eternally grateful. The cruise was amazing too! Thank you for the unforgettable experience.
