Hi Jinsun, thankyou for your lovely review. We will pass your comments onto the driver and that's just great you enjoyed the wineries you visited.
The discount we got on bookme made this outstanding value. Driver was really engaging, good conversation throughout the journey. Very knowledgeable. Bus is comfortable and there is plenty of space. All in a really good way to see the area and would definately recommend. You get about 40/45 minutes at each if you plan to get the next bus, which is long enough, or double up if you want to relax a bit. We stopped at Framington, which was excellent and a really nice space. The Vines Village, great stop for a coffee and the cheesecake was one of the highlights of the day! Moa brewing; decent beer, we had planned on eating but the food truck doesnt take non NZ card. Food looked and smelled really good though, but heads up - take cash if you want to eat here. Not an official stop but we went to Cloudy Bay which is amazing, across the road from the Allan Scott stop. Finished at Saint Clair, again really nice place, really good. All in highly recommended.
Customer service was fantastic from start to finnish. Owners very helpful in correcting an error on our booking. Started the day at Picton and was greeted with a warm smile and chatted away about the day ahead, the driver was extremely professional, knew the area well and gave fantastic recommendations. We look forward to booking with this company again when we do the Queenstown wineries. Thank you for a great day out Dave & Josie
Hello David, we are very pleased to hear you enjoyed your tour and the customer service was up to expectations, thank you for your feedback and we look forward to taking you on another tour in the future, kind regards HOHO team.
This is a must do activity in Picton. Great locally owned business. Well put together wine tour with a fantastic guide for the day. Only 4 of us touring for the day so come on Kiwis book this and have some fun.
Hi Phillip, we are very pleased you enjoyed your tour and appreciate your feedback, I will pass on to our driver. Thanks, HOHO team
Great driver! Schedule was a bit off with a few of the wineries closing their cellar door at 4pm and the Vines Village shops and chocolate shop being closed. No one to greet us in the office but friendly customer service over the phone. Good choice of wineries however some did not honor the website deals and claimed they knew nothing about them. We also had a wee mishap and were not picked up at the last stop as he dropped people off early and we didn't see the bus.
Hello thank you very much for your review. We will pass your lovely comments to Warren the driver. We gather there was some confusion at Framingham Winery. There had been a slight change to their prices, there are new specials which have now been updated. 1. Hop on Hop off tailored tasting: up to 8 wines $10 per person 2. Tasting fee waived when spending over $50 per person on wine 3. 10% off all wine when purchasing 12 or more bottles All other tasting prices are correct. Another one of your group called the office at 3.58pm to say the bus hadn't come in .The bus was due at 3.40pm and the bus arrived at 3.41pm and was there for 3 minutes. As explained the bus did not run early. We have emailed you the GPS snip to show what time the bus was there. Thank you very much and it was lovely to talk to you on the phone and to hear you would go again.
