  Starting Point:

  We are conveniently located at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Please make your way to Paintbox Nail & Beauty. Once there, youll find the door with the "JETCAR AUSTRALIA" sign. Simply walk out, and youll see our check-in office.

  
  

  For your convenience, you can use the Information Display Screens for directions or ask at any information desk for assistance.

  
  

  Ending Point:

  This activity concludes back at the meeting point.

  
  

  What to bring

  Please wear comfortable clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt, or swimwear, and bring your sunglasses.

  
  

  Special requirements

  Passengers on a Jetcar must be at least 5 years old

  The minimum age to drive the Jetcar is 12 years old

  
  

  Restrictions

  By booking online, you confirm that you do not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would affect your ability to ride (such as a bad back or bad eyesight). You also confirm that you are not pregnant

  Please be reminded that no footwear is allowed on the boat

  Disclaimers

  All participants are required to sign a disclaimer. If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the disclaimer on their behalf

• Rescheduling and Cancellation

  
  

  • A tour reservation may be rescheduled up until 48hours before the start of the reservation without reason and at no cost.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of the start of the reservation is not permitted and non-attendance at the agreed time shall result in full tour payment. Any rescheduling offered within 48 hours is at the sole discretion of Jetcar Australia.
  • Cancellation of bookings is not permitted. If special circumstances of a non-attended booking require consideration, please contact Jetcar Australia, and at our discretion, we may provide credit for a new reservation. No circumstances shall warrant restitution of paid amounts.
  • In the event Jetcar Australia must cancel your booking due to unsafe weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy shall come into effect and the Customer will be offered a E-Gift Card for the full value of the booking to be used for bookings in the future.

  
  

  NO SHOW

  Not showing up will be considered as a cancelation with a 100% penalty.
