Depart Queenscliff in Maureen M, a beautiful 36-foot timber vessel, set up with an upstairs viewing platform, wrap-around deck and boom net. Cruise over to Pope's Eye to begin with a light snorkel and get a taste of the colourful fish and marine life within Port Phillip Bay. This is the ideal opportunity to let out a few cobwebs and get comfortable with snorkelling. Head over to Chinaman's Hat, an octagonal structure used as a haul-out site by 30-40 young Australian Fur Seals residing there from season to season.

Jump in the water and get to know these beautiful and playful animals up close! In between snorkelling sites, enjoy the shallow clear waters and views of Port Phillip Bay stretching out roughly 264 km around the coast. From here, set off in search of Dolphins with a chance to have a splash with these intelligent and graceful aquatic mammals. These dolphins are usually located not too far from Port Phillip Bay. Swimming with the dolphins will be handled by experienced instructors, which will ensure that you and the dolphins benefit from the experience.

This trip is suitable for all ages and levels of experience. The tour operator will assess these factors on the day and tailor the dives accordingly.

Magical experience

Surprised my best friend with this tour and it exceeded all expectations. The crew were fantastic and welcoming and made the experience so enjoyable. Funny jokes, hot drinks and beanies we were so looked after- even in the water as my friend is not a confident swimmer. Does not matter the temperature of the day! We saw SOOO many dolphins it was incredible watching them play and dive in front of the boat and surface in the water. The snorkelling was amazing with so many things to see and the seals were adorable- Could not recommend this enough!!!
