Visit a boutique distillery for tastings of gin made with Australian native botanicals
For lunch, you'll relax in a contemporary restaurant with views over the vines enjoying a 2 course lunch (main and dessert) accompanied by wine.
Complete your day with a photo of wild kangaroos that we often find resting in secret, peaceful locations.

Departs 7.15am The Ultimo Sydney, 37 Ultimo Road, Haymarket. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Departs 7.30am Taxi Zone, Bathurst St, between George St and Kent St, next to St Andrew’s Cathedral. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure
Departs 7.45am The Obelisk, Macquarie Place Park, cnr Loftus St & Bridge St, Circular Quay. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure

Fantastic Trip
A bit pricey than other tours but absolutely value for money. Great time we had on Friday and highly recommended to all..

Good value for money
The guide was very friendly and accommodating The wineries were beautiful We particularly really enjoyed de iuliis wines because they taught us about the process. Also enjoyed the distillery a lot

A fun experience in the Hunter.
Tom our driver was very funny and assured that we got to our locations on time. We visited 4 places which were all different and interesting. Would recommend to a friend.
