  • All tours are walking tours and include inclines, declines, steps and uneven surfaces through our national park heritage site. Reasonable walking mobility and fitness level is required as you will be standing or walking for the duration of the tour.

    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour commencement, to allow time to park at Q Station Hotel Reception.

    All tours require a minimum of 6 attendees to run, Q Station will assess the day prior of the booking and notify any participants if the tour has not achieved its minimum requirement. In the event of cancellation by the operator, the guest will have the option of either a Full refund of their original purchase or a reschedule to a different date.

    No refunds for any cancellation within 48 hours.
