모든 것이 좋았어요.
적극 추천이에요~ 고래도 많이 봤고, 설명도 좋았고, 인원수는 아주 소규모는 아니고 30~40명으로 여유롭게 이쪽 저쪽에서 보았어요. 바다에 나가면 추우니까 거의 패딩급 입고 가는 것도 추천이에요~.^^ 특히 아이들이 많이 추워져요. 멀미약은 필수고요!^^ 승선 전 가족 사진 찍은 것도 나중에 오늘 봤던 고래 사진이랑 패키지로 판매하는데 저희는 그것도 구입하고 정말 추억이 되었어요.^^

Decent experience
Cruise delayed 3 times and communication was difficult, left us on near the last cruise of the season so whale sighting was just singular. Still had a good family experience, thanks.

a waste of money and a bad experience!
The whale watching trip was cancelled due to bad weather and there was no compensation. Many emails were sent but no reply was received. It was a waste of money and a bad experience!

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend
The check in process was effortless however there were alot more people than what the cruise could accommodate. The was not enough complimentary snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate available and there was more passengers than seats. Many passengers had to stand. The live commentary from a marine biologist could not be heard inside. There was very little communication from the staff throughout the cruise. I was very disappointed with the service and the experience.

Great day out
The boat was comfortable and the crew was very nice. The whales were awesome. The facts and commentary by Charlotte made the experience even better. Definitely an experience worth having.
