We arrived at the venue and realised cheaper prices on line so booked online and the email arrived immediately at the reception desk, she proceeded it and we gained entry. I couldn't believe it worked. Venue was happy, they said they can't match the price But we're very helpful in advising us how to do the online and process our entries.

Great to be up close to the wildlife and enjoy the experience of them in a safe environment
Very disappointed, not much wildlife, it is mainly a bird sanctuary, A lot of enclosures were empty. Cafe was expensive, $5.00 for a bottle of water not to mention the cost of food. We have visited here a few times when family members come to stay and it has gotten worse over the last few years.
Amazing and staff are so informative

Wildlife Habitat Port Douglas
A treasured discovery in the jewel of the north of Port Douglas. It's only a relatively small place but there's so many different ways to explore and experience the animals that reside there. From entrance to departure, the staff are adding value to the journey within the complex. Highly recommend to visit and discover for yourself.
