Designed with convenience in mind, this experience offers a later start and earlier return, making it ideal for families with young children, cruise ship passengers, or travellers wanting to fit more into their Cairns itinerary without feeling rushed.
Set on the stunning Normanby Island, guests are treated to pristine beaches, clear tropical waters, and a relaxed island atmosphere that captures the essence of the reef. There’s plenty of free time to swim, wander along the shoreline, or simply unwind on the sand while taking in the natural surroundings.
For those keen to be more active, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available, offering a fun way to explore the calm waters at their own pace. The tour also includes a choice of one guided activity, whether it’s a semi-submersible tour for a dry glimpse beneath the surface or a guided beach snorkelling experience led by a knowledgeable crew.

This company charges a fuel levy of $10 per person payable directly to the tour company after booking. The tour company will reach out directly to arrange payment of $10 per person prior to day of travel.
Itinerary
- 9am- Complimentary coach transfers commence from selected Cairns CBD locations
- 10am - If you prefer to self-drive, please allow time for the drive and check in at our Deeral meeting point by 10am
- 10:15am - Vessel departs Deeral
- 2.30pm Vessel returns to Deeral for your complimentary coach transfer back to Cairns
- 3.30pm - Arrive back in Cairns
