Whether you’re a Hipster yourself or just wanting to experience this cool and vibrant part of modern society, our tour is an amazing way to take in some Hipster culture and history!
Alternative creativity is central to the Hipster culture, this includes tattooing and street art. We start our tour outside the Cairns Tattoo studio and go on to explore the evolution of graffiti as an art. You’ll see some of our streets best, including the largest graffiti feature in Cairns.
Hipster food and beverages have flair! Explore some of Cairns’s finest before we move on to explore elite barbers, initiated by Hipsters. We will visit Refuge and Cartel. These are two global businesses that offer next level grooming for men and a lifestyle through locally designed and produced products, clothing and accessories internationally.
The role Hipsters play in introducing trends to society at large will be further explored as you absorb the cool vibe down ‘Oceana Walk’, the centre of Hipster shopping in Cairns. Think vintage clothing, records, artisan eateries, products and eco-friendly approaches.
