With a small group of up to 27 guests, you'll enjoy a personalised, crowd-free experience. Your day starts at Cairns Marlin Marina, where you'll board one of our fast vessels for an exhilarating ride to the Upolu Reef or Breaking Patches. Spend 1.5 hours exploring the reef with an expert snorkel guide before returning to Cairns. Snacks are included, and drinks are available for purchase on board.

Fast Fun!
For those wanting to cram all the adventure in, half day snorkel is the go! In and out by 12pm, fish, turtle, ray and coral without heading to outer reef. The female led crew (yeah the girls!) were experienced, knowledgeable and super friendly. Tunes pumping to soundtrack the high energy vibes! Affordable and enjoyable, thanks guys!

We went out with Reef Adventures for a snorkelling trip at the Great Barrier Reef with our two kids, 8 and 12, and it turned out to be a really special experience for us. Neither of them had ever snorkelled before, so we were a bit unsure how it would go, especially with our younger one who was quite nervous at the start. But the crew were amazing. A big thank you to Lillian, Caitlin and Victor for being so patient and supportive throughout. Caitlin was especially wonderful with our son. She took the time to calm him down, explain everything clearly and help him feel comfortable in the water. In the beginning he didn’t even want to put his face in, and by the end he didn’t want to get out. Seeing that change meant a lot to us. Reef Adventures is a smaller operator, but that really works in their favour. It felt more personal and you could see they genuinely care about what they do and about their guests. Thank you again for making our first snorkelling trip at the reef such a great memory. We would definitely recommend them, especially for families with kids.

Best half day reef tour ever!
Sofia, Lily and Renae are amazing 😻. The girls were so professional and knew what needed to be done to get you the best out of Great Barrier Reef. They made sure I saw the turtle, shark, sting ray and lots of fish/reef. Could not recommend more. Bonus lamingtons at the end.

Wooohoooo!!! Five Star 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 This was a once in a life time experience So lucky and happy that my family got the chance to see the Great Barrier Reef with Reef Adventure Shoutout to Brody, Mia, Taylor they made the day extra special taking care of all my family members especially the ones who couldn’t swim Making lit a safe and enjoyable and most importantly a memorable day
