Sail away on Reef Daytripper as we visit the Great Barrier Reef aboard a charming catamaran! We take our small group of passengers to the picturesque Upolu Reef for fun filled day out on the Reef!
Enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere!
We aim to visit two sites around Upolu Reef and will spend just under 4 hours here - this gives you plenty of time to snorkel, dive or just relax on the boat and soak up the sun!
You are welcome to join our free guided snorkel tour. For this our dive professionals aim to enhance your snorkelling experience by pointing out and explaining the many different marine species that local the reef, along with some migratory animals such as turtles, sharks and rays.
We give the option for you to sign up for SCUBA diving on the day. All tuition, equipment and a guide are included in the dive price and, we can accommodate both certified and introductory diving. We aim to offer you unlimited time for dives, which means we won’t rush you at any point. This gives you; ample time to relax, adjust to the underwater realm and explore the wonders of the reef at your leisure.
Please note: Certified divers are required to provide proof of certification, and a medical questionnaire; must be successfully completed by all candidates prior to diving.
Certified Diving and Introductory Diving can be upgraded on board at an additional charge.

Great friendly and helpful crew. Nice and relaxed wat yo see the reef. Only negative would be the first dive spot. Not much there. Angel Bay made up for it. If you want a relaxed friendly day out on the inner reef, these are the team for you
I was completely happy about everything. The team was very friendly, attentive, professional, and fun. They catered to all our needs and made sure we had a perfect day. The food and drinks were great, and the reef experience was simply incredible.
We had a nice small group, which was good, and the crew - Luke and Sandy - were helpful and nice people. The snorkelling on the reef was ok, nowhere near as much sea life as I was expecting and have experienced in other parts of Asia and the Pacific though. The boat ride out and back was very long and the boat could be more comfortable, not a single backrest to find anywhere inside or out. Lunch was not very enjoyable. The female captain unfortunately really killed any good mood, never cracked a smile in 8 hours and her only real interaction with us was suggesting I may be lying about my wife's name which was pretty bloody weird. All in all it was ok but I think we should have just gone to one of the islands where the reef may be slightly less interesting but at least we would have been more comfortable and had a more varied experience - and would have been less than half the price. Not recommended but it wasn't terrible.
We had the best day ever. This is truly a small group tour, in our case it was 15 passengers + 4 crew members. The catamaran is beautiful and once you get further away from the coast you can sail. Food was delicious (morning tea/ lunch / snacks) and most importantly, all crew members were great. All of them so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Ready to help you or explain something to you at anytime. Everything felt very personalised and we loved that you could choose how long you wanted to be in the water for or if you wanted to stay and chill on the boat. It caters for all kinds of needs. Thanks to the staff for an amazing day!
