tooza said... We booked this tour for 13 June 2021 while we were visiting Cairns. On the day of the tour, the weather was rainy. Using an electric bike in rainy weather is a hazard, so we thought we needed to check with the shop and bookme. We followed the instructions from Bookme website and called the operator on 13 June 2021 at 9:19 am. The lady answering our call found our booking and told us the shop is able to cancel and authorize the refund. She gave us the instruction to follow the next step and apply via the Bookme website, which we did. Long story short, the shop owner did not honour what they told us on the phone. The informed us of this action while we had left Cairns and back to Sydney. Long stroy short, until now, 26 July 2021, we could not get a refund and could not get credit from Bookme too to use it in Sydney.
