Messed up booking

Curtis Stewart said... Waited for my pick up which did not happen so lucky i phoned direct to the company and they did not have my reservation that i booked a week earlier but they found it eventually and got on the bus same with going back they did not have me again but finally got on the but also was to stop s couple places along the way but did stop anywhere nothing more than a shuttle plus they picked all other passengers up at their hotel and we had to hike 5 blocks to a pick up location and we stayed at a main resort booking direct not through this booking company
