Notes

• General:

  • All bookings are made on a first come first serve basis.
  • Once payment or a deposit is received your booking will be confirmed.
  • The Climbing Centre does not accept 'pencil' booking.
  • Rock climbing other activities at the Climbing Centre have an element of risk involved. Any persons entering the facility must follow any reasonable instructions given by or staff, and adhere to our safety procedures.
  • Prices, event timings and other details may change without notice, but we will endeavour to notify any customers affected if details change.

  
  

  Refunds:

  Partial refunds are not possible for online purchases. Refunds are issued as one payment for the entire amount. Customers are only eligible to receive a refund if appropriate notice has been given to the Climbing Centre prior to the booking as outlined below.

  
  

  Supervision:

  Persons aged 14 years and under must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18.

  For every 5 persons under the age of 14 attending Clip n Climb, there must be at least one adult supervisor over the age of 18. The Centre's instructors do not count towards the 1:5 ratio and we cannot hire our instructors to fulfil this role. Persons under the age of 13 cannot belay in the facility unless they have obtained a belay licence from the Climbing Centre.

  
  

  Late Arrival:

  If you or any members of your group arrive late to your session for any reason (including driving to one of the other Kind Foundation facilities) you are not entitled to receive a refund of any fees or deposit paid, or have your booking time extended or have your booking rescheduled.
