Terrible experience

Tracey said... I bought the voucher for my Mum as she has gone here before. The lady who served her was rude and demanded the voucher was not adequate as it was electronic (even though we had a booking number). Her attitude was rude and condescending, and the massage itself was also bad - my mum will never want to return to this place, i just feel terrible she had a bad massage as i bought the voucher for mothers day.
