We saw one whale (you basically see the tail for a few seconds and a grey mass on the sea surface prior to that), a few dolphins swimming next to the boat, an albatross and a seal. The rest of the time the boat is moving around very quickly to locate the whale (if there is any). People get super sick. Everyone has taken tablets and still, loads of people get sick so they can’t really enjoy the 2 seconds that the whale’s tail is visible. I would say that when we went almost 50% of people were sick. Crew took care of them and they have even VR devices for people to look at and get better but… it is just too expensive for what it is. We went on a super sunny day and the sea looked ‘calm’ but when the boat starts quickly moving to locate the whale is easy to just get sick. If you go on this, make sure your stomach is super resilient and be prepared for the fact that you might not see much. As I said we only saw one whale and apparently that was a very good day.
