Sad experience

buchananb said... Husband and Daughter flew down from Northland for daughter's birthday and were 10mins late onsite due to roadworks.... lost their booking that cost a cpl hundred dollars... would've been nice to rebook or refund :( We have a massive family of 12 and would've booked everyone in over the upcoming holidays if the service had been good.
