Trip with Captain Cook to Tivua island
Fantastic trip with a fantastic crew. Enjoyed our trip a lot.

Bad bad service
Seriously, paying this much for a trip like this has been the worst think I’ve done in my 10 days on Fiji. First of all to big group, it was not well organized. Don’t believe their discription of the trip isn’t real. They don’t have gear enough for everyone. We had to wait for hours before we could get snorkel gear. They say it’s a guided snorkeling tour, it isn’t. I kept asking for it and they just told me to go next to the boat for the best snorkeling, which wasn’t truth. The glass bottom boat tour is like 5 minutes long, Amelia, the guide is great but you don’t see the marine life. There wasn’t food enough there was more than two salads I didn’t even had the change to tast. I asked them for more, they were like ‘sorry’! One of the crew members Li, was rude and didn’t even care. We asked him for help for the gear, snorkeling etc. his was just sitting like he was there for a day off work getting tanned. I didn’t even respond some of the time. I’m so disappointed, it’s too expensive. I would definitely not recommend anyone going there. The only plus was the reef sharks we saw on the island!

Disappointing
Did a similar tour a few days earlier that was so good. Crew welcomed us aboard and looked after us all the way. Unfortunately this didn’t happen on this trip. Arrived on the island with no guidance or info on what to do. Not enough gear to go around as there was another tour already there, for snorkeling and lunch which was supposed to be at 1 o’clock was at 12 with a lot of people unaware of the change. Crew really not interested in passengers at all. Very impersonal.
