Amazing day
We had the best day at Malamala - it is a short trip from Port Denaru which maximises your time on the island. We didn’t get the add on cabana, but found a spot near the beach. Snorkelling was amazing, so much marine life & beautiful coral. Be warned, if your first in the water, sea lice sting - take antihistamines & it’s not an issue - once people are in the water they don’t seem to be bothered as much. With a life jacket on our 8year confidentiality swam for an hour at a time. Food & cocktails were delicious, but spendy - worth it though!

Stunning Beach Getaway - A Fiji Must Do
Everything you could need, the full day allowed you plenty of time to enjoy the island and make the most of being able to relax and use all the amenities.

Guttered
Abit guttered. We got the dates wrong and when I brought this up with the company they weren’t willing to work with me to see if we can get another spot etc when attempting we were almost paying double because it was only a day before. Our whole family missed out. Understand this was our fault but did not have any helpful ideas or support to get us on another day but was just told to book again.. so we didn’t. If we had support around it we would have spent the money again with them but we were fobbed off. Reminder to make sure you get your dates right while on island time as that was my bad..

Wonderful day out
We booked a day out to Malamala through Bookme and it was a smooth process and good value for money. The day was wonderful. We had booked poolside seats, which although extra expense was well worth it. The place is beautiful. A few things to note - the food and drinks on the island are very expensive. Seemed unnecessarily overpiced. However fresh and well prepared. Also some of the water activities are dependent on the tides and wind so best to ask and plan that out soon after arriving (we did not get to kayak or use the SUPs because of this). Highly recommend this trip.
