South sea island day trip
Great trip to the island with our family including a 1 year old and 4 year old. Lots of activities for all ages and we all loved the submarine . My niece did some scuba diving so this was a great day and I would highly recommend.

Disappointed
Emailed the representative to try to arrange transportation to the marina because the confirmation email said transportation needed to be confirmed via email at least 24 hours before the tour. Never heard back so I figured out transportation myself. However, I arrived to the marina just to find out the tour had been suspended. Never received an email from South Sea about the cancellation. Had to pay for a cab back to my accommodation. Also, I have been emailing them to request a refund because I can’t attend the tour any other day (nor do I think I want to anymore), but still have not heard back. Company seems very unprofessional.
