Shanmukh said... We have been to the same cruise before, so this was second time. As we expected, the cruise staff were nice and friendly which made the experience memorable. But the worst issues were pick up and drop off arrangements, which really spoiled the mood of ‘nice feeling’. Initially we were told that pick up and drop off is included, but as we booked it through “ book me.com”, it is not, which made no sense. Also, the vegetarian food options we requested was not available. Eventually, we ended up paying more by paying to taxis’s, which was frustrating. Hence, two stars because of the management although cruise was nice and relaxing
