Disappointing from start to finish Brochure talks about scenic safari of south Stradbroke island seeing wallabies, dolphins and dugongs suitable for families and first timers Expected a fun jet ski safari I could enjoy but it was quite the opposite From the start it was running very late and the 3.30 start ended up being 4.30 pm on the water When we finally got going it was a slow disorganised rabble making its way at snail pace out of the marina for 20 mins … then a hell for leather , non stop, flat out bash fest at full speed in very choppy conditions where I and my co rider where beaten and bashed and forced to ride flat out at 50-60kmhr , how the hell they could expect any “1st timer” or inexperienced riders to cope I have no idea , my co rider who hadn’t rider before was scared senseless by the ridiculous fast pace and constant bashing across the chop and could not possibly have had a turn and was very dissapojnted The guides couldn’t care less and simply wanted to get out and back as fast as possible regardless of skill level and enjoyment of the customers Some groups bailed all together as they were left behind and could not cope It didn’t help perhaps that the trip was so late and I think they were racing to beat the diminishing light Lucky to get 1 stars , based on what the brochure promised it delivered nothing close at all Poor experience for inexperienced Completely misleading brochure Suitable only for experienced rides just wanting a flat out , teeth jarring hoon in choppy water It sucked
