We know it's a mission to keep everyone happy and find an activity for the whole family, but no sweat – we've got you sorted!
Our COOL bar, pun intended, is designed with everyone in mind – from grown-ups to the little ones, lovebirds to mates and family. With over 40 tonnes of ice, this winter wonderland is a MUST DO... even our chairs are carved out! We'll kit you out in gloves, Ugg boots, and a snow cape before sending you in for an arctic adventure.

Lots of fun
We had a great time in the Ice Bar - my only fault is not being able to take your own photo's. I find this bizare as have been in various icebars and all except this one allow your own photos. Please remove this sillyness and let people enjoy making memories without another additional cost.

Rescheduling your time slot costs $
We needed to change our time by 1 hour and I was told it was $25 per person to change time slots. Making it nearly double the cost.

Be very careful booking with this co
Booked through bookme, unfortunately I booked the wrong day, (yes my fault) emailed company to see if I could get a refund, they said please read the Ts&C’s no refund was available, I even said they could take a bookin fee out, but just said nO Ah well looks Like The ice bar had a cocktail on me

Ice Bar
Is a great experience, ice amazing, cocktail Snowstorm one of the best. They also let us into the Mirror bar , also a great experience. Staff are so friendly. A must do
