I had booked this 5 weeks ago and revived a confirmation email saying I had paid and it was all good to go. When we arrived they advised that they had cancelled the sunset cruise a couple of days ago. I received no communication, no emails or texts, advising us that the cruise had been cancelled. We made our way all the way there just to be told it was cancelled. We wasted our afternoon and it was upsetting as we had travelled all the way from the UK to spend his birthday in Australia. The story as to why it was cancelled was dubious and we received two different reasons as to why by two different individuals. The attitude when we were told it was cancelled was also very unbothered. Would not bother booking with them again
