The rooms have cockroaches and centipede. Cabinets and drawers smells awful, stayed 7 nights, you have to bring your own toilet paper, beds and pillows are gross and uncomfortable, They will only clean the room after 8 days. The property did not returned the bond. They said they returned it 28 days ago, as of now we called to the bank and check our bank statement, no bond refund and the bind is been deducted. Reception is mostly closed all day everyday. Aircon and fans are not working properly. Can't walk barefoot, It's like they never clean it. You have to move the rubbish to the basement and my husband step on a screw that gets through the sandals and left him a bleeding foot. We left the property more clean than before. This property ruined our family holiday. The veranda with "garden view" is rubbish, cigarette butts everywhere, flour is slippery from dirty water.
