Very disappointing experience

Diolita Aucock said... The whale watching tour was canceled and we didn’t even get a cancellation notice. It is our little girls birthday celebration we were there at 8am in the morning and nobody was there except for 1 lady that was supposed to work but she didn’t even got notified by the company that the tour was canceled. We were very upset and was very disappointed with this booking experience. We hope to get our money back!. Very bad experience
