This is to help guests secure spots at their preferred stops, as many wineries have limited availability. We understand that this may not have been what you expected. Regarding your interaction with our driver, we want to clarify that our routes are designed to follow set loops, which means we aren’t able to make stops outside of those routes. We understand that you requested stops outside of the set loop on the day. Our service is different from a taxi or rideshare, and while our drivers are happy to assist with recommendations within the route, they aren’t able to change the itinerary on the spot. However, we do apologise if this was not communicated in a more helpful and professional manner, and we will be addressing this internally.
