Great tour

Full and intense day spent on the great ocean road, having the possibility to experience a variety of different environments. Spent some time in a couple of towns and beaches, had a little walk in the forest, spotted a koala and a couple of colourful birds. 12 Apostols stop was great. Very good tour that gives the possibility to have an idea of what is going and what this area of south Victoria is offering in case you wanna come back and dedicate more time to the area. Young tour guy was great and funny and given to us many information along the trip. (Gluten free banana bread was a plus!) Raccomended!

An excellent tour!

This was a brilliant tour and well worth the cost. Our driver/tour guide Paul was quite a character whom you never quite knew if he was telling the truth about places or pulling your leg. Awesome views, koala spotting (I’m from Australia and this is the first time I’ve seen koalas in the wild), beautiful temperate rainforest walks, great lunch stop off (I bought an awesome curry scallop pie), and then the Apostles. WOW! My only complaint is we didn’t have enough time.

Great Ocean Rd tour

Friendly driver who was knowledgeable about the history of Great Ocean Rd. Would have preferred earlier confirmation of pick up time and location. As a solo traveller we had to meet near Spencer St instead of being picked up directly from the hotel, which we didn't find out till 4pm the previous day. Overall would recommend this tour.

Lucky with a sunny day

I would give 5 stars if the Itinerary was the same as the Tour Itinerary described in the Bookme introduction. • Pick-up from Melbourne CBD: yes, but delayed by the other members • Torquay Surf Beach: just a beach • Morning Tea: bread and juice roadside beside Torquay Beach • The Pole House: Didn't stop, and no roadside photo • Great Ocean Road Sign: Good • Koala and Parrot Spotting: Our driver didn't show us but took advantage of the other group • Cape Patton: stopped the roadside for a photo. • Apollo Bay Lunch Stop: 1 hour • Guided Forest Walk: great but time too long • The Gibson Steps: didn't stop • 12 Apostles: a little rush, you have to walk fast from/back the carpark • Loch Ard Gorge • Razorback • Island Archway: The three together are nice, but no time for London Bridge. • Colac Dinner Stop: didn't stop. It would be nicer if the time was 1 hour longer or relocate the time. e.g. lunchtime can be half an hour if lunch is pre-ordered or tourists bring their own lunch).
