To start, you'll be teamed with a local, professional guide in a small group before the fun begins as your personalised, interactive tour around the city begins!

You'll visit some of the best and largest sporting stadiums and arenas such as the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Olympic Park and AAMI Park. Tennis fans will be stoked to stand on one of the show courts where Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal train every year. And you'll be fascinated as your local guide enthrals you with insights into famous events such as the Olympic Games, shares untold stories of sporting greats and legends, and shares Australia's sporting tales - some inspiring and some dark.

To top it all off, you'll get to explore the new Australian Sports Museum - the largest museum of its kind!

  • Meeting Location: Melbourne Visitor Hub at Melbourne Town Hall
  • corner of Swanston Street and Little Collins Street. On arrival meet your tour guide with the blue umbrella.

Notes

  • - Please note that the only venue this tour gives access into is the Australian Sports Museum and Olympic Park - home of the 1956 Olympic Games. Whilst we do see and cover all of the other stadiums and arenas on the tour, please note that access to these venues is not included.

    - In the weeks leading up to and following the Australian Open tennis tournament each year please note that all tennis aspects of the tour will be subject to availability due to tournament requirements. The tour will attempt to cover as much as possible during this period however access to certain areas may be restricted.
