Old Melb Gaol

It was a wonderful experience. Would have hoped to be given some more time with the Cludo game. My daughter had no time to get through most of the clues and was devastated in the end. Other than the feeling of rushed, it was great. Thankyou.

Old Melbourne Gaol

We too our sin to see the Gaol for the first time and he loved it. The experience he got was terrific and he learned so much about some of our darker past and of course Ned Kelly. From the Gaol we walked to the National Library where we saw the original suit of armour worn by Kelly. Very enjoyable trip.

Kids loved it paid for guided tour but it wasn’t

The kids loved it, it’s a little expensive for a couple of hours and we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom for a 5 year old it’s a little much to ask to wait outside for 15 min to use a toilet after a 1 hour drive. We were told at the end that the goal experience at the information desk as we leaving that you could down load an audio tour a google app This would have been something that could’ve been done while waiting outside too. I was disappointed with the fact I paid for a tour and didn’t get one, but the kids still had fun and that’s what counts Ned Kelly’s Armour isn’t held at the Goal anymore you need to go to the state library and the letter he wrote is there too. Just an FYI
