• IMPORTANT NOTE

  Meeting Time:

  5AM is set as a placeholder. As flights depend on the sunrise, the exact time is finalised the evening before through SMS or email from Global Ballooning AU.

  We meet approximately1.5hrs before sunrise.(see your booking confirmation for full details).

  Duration

  Allow around 4 to 4.5 hours, including travel to the launch site, balloon setup and pack down, a 1 hour flight and return to the meeting point, followed by breakfast.

  With Melbourne CBD transfers, the total duration extends to approximately 6 to 6.5 hours due to the 50 minute drive each way.

  Accessibility:

  This experience is wheelchair accessible, depending on availability. Please check with Global Ballooning Australia prior to booking to check 'Easy Access Basket' availability

  The basket is about 1m high. We have foot holes in the side of the basket, as well as a step ladder to assist you in and out of the basket.

  Cancellation:

  In addition to Bookme's standard cancellation fees, terms and conditions apply as follows;

  • This experience is refundable within the first 6 months. No refunds will be given for bookings held in our system longer than 6 months.
  • In the case of your flight being cancelled due to weather, you will have 12mths to rebook or can request a refund.
  • If your flight is cancelled, the breakfast will not take place. You can rebook the package as a whole.
  • This experience is transferrable to other passengers.
  • If you'd like to cancel or move your booked flight date, please do so prior to 7 days before. Cancellations within 7 days and 48hrs of the flight date incur a $50pp fee.
  • There are no cancellations within 48hrs of the flight.
  • Your flight will be cancelled if minimum passenger numbers are not reached
