The 3-hour duration is generous, it was more than enough time to ride down to Point Nepean, explore the forts, and ride back without feeling rushed. The staff member was also lovely to chat with and patient with explaining biking tips. However, there was a delay in refunding the bike hire bond. Our email to Bayplay regarding this wasn't responded to for a week. After which time we called them up and were able to receive the bond. So calling is the more efficient mode of comms. But overall great experience. Would do it again.
