Thank you for your review Ayaka! We're glad to hear that you've enjoyed your trip onboard the Ernest Kemp! We hope to see you back again in the near future.
This was absolutely amazing, didn’t have high expectations as we paid only $20pp but it was so so great, an experience I will never forget, the lady serving drinks and food was so genially nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this and will be back with family to share this with them. Thank you so much guys!
What a bargain, am I right?! :) It has been our pleasure Seneng, we appreciate your support of our small business and look forward to having you back onboard in the future (Summer Time we can stop for a quick swim!)
An amazing experience and it definitely worth to try. The time on the boat is long enough for you to enjoy everything. The cookies is yummy !
You picked a good day for a Lake cruise! So pleased to hear you both had a lovely experience, thank you very much for choosing Ernest Kemp Cruises :)
The boat was filled to capacity- which meant we we're crammed in like sardines, shoulder to shoulder. As soon as people started escaping outside and opening the doors the cold whistled through and there was no escape. We had a 4 month old with us & unfortunately we struggled to keep him warm. The staff were great with our toddler & offered her the chance to visit the Captain to help him drive the boat. She loved that part! But ultimately the old boat & the cold outside meant I wouldn't want to go again unless it was in summertime.
We are sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed your experience Jess, we do still appreciate you leaving a review. I just want to mention that we were not at capacity, Ernest Kemp is one of the more popular cruises and while there were plenty of customers, we were only 3/4 full. We agree the weather was very cold this week, and the wind does come through when people are opening and closing doors to move about the boat. Given that there were 3 small children in your booking, we opted to reserve a table for your group so they could remain inside if you chose. We don't always do this but I am glad we did as you had arrived after nearly everyone had boarded, in which case there would have been no chance for you to have a 6 seater table indoors. I am aware our hostess had offered the man with the small baby a blanket during the cruise, which he declined. You are welcome to join us again anytime, summer is great with a swim stop on most cruises. Thank you Jess
Pretty average cruise some commentary but not alot.
We are very sorry to hear that, Wayne! We want our passengers leaving us feeling like they got the most from their experience onboard. I have made a note to review the amount of commentary given on the 12:30 cruises, and we will look at where we can expand more in this area. Thank you for leaving us your honest feedback, we do appreciate it.

Cool trip on a cruise
One way to Māori rock took almost one hour. Stayed around five minutes near the Māori rock and then go back to a harbor. The cruise was cute and include chair and small desk inside. Hot drink were helped yourself.
