Leave downtown Queenstown in your wake as you power into the channels of two of New Zealand's most scenic waterways; The Kawarau & Shotover Rivers!
Skimming over the pure waters of Lake Wakatipu taking in stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain range, we follow the beautiful willow lined Kawarau River, before pursuing the shallower waters and fast-moving braids of the famous Shotover River.
In the shallow waters the Jet boat comes into its own travelling at speeds up to 95 km/ph often in water less than 5cm deep! Your experienced driver will skillfully negotiate the narrow braids, and tight turns of the river while making plenty of time for the exhilarating 360 spins that Jet boats are renowned for.
Covering a full 45 kilometres you get to experience the fantastic diversity of Queenstown's waterways, take in glimpses of local life from the homes lining the lakeshore, as well as stunning views all along the way including river gardens and great views of the Remarkables Mountain Range.

Great hour
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Good price on Bookme. 1 hour of thrills. Experienced driver stopping and giving local history of lake and landscape. Navigated some choppy waters at time. Highly recommend,

Good jet boat experience
Marketing picture as above depicting canyon walls misleading as we thought shot over river would include this, which is not the case. Ben was excellent driver, however, across very shallow wide water river estuary, not canyon as expected!

A must do when in Queenstown!
We had perfect conditions and we loved every minute of our shotover experience. You can't come to Queenstown and not book this!
