Expérience au top
Commencer notre séjour à Queenstown avec cette visite en bateau c’était trop génial. Avec en plus un équipage et le discours du capitaine au top. De plus la photo sur le pont avec les Remarkables en fond un plus non négligeable 👌

Unorganized
I didn't end up going on the lake cruise, it was all go I paid for parking and showed up to go on the cruise and the lady that organises it told us there wasn't enough people coming to go on the cruise so it might be cancelled but there was a group either coming that day or tomorrow and the person that answered the phone didn't get any of their details and it could be a single person or a group, the woman told us to wait another 15 mins to see if the other party was coming then the time kept being extended, we were being mucked around and felt like it was very unorganized, It took a while to get a refund and I know I wouldn't get back the $11.50 I paid for parking, having the courtesy to call us beforehand and possibly cancel it straight away would've been a better idea

I would have thought in these tough times you would be a bit more understanding C Brooks - we usually wait til the last 5 minutes to see if anyone else turns up as times are really quiet which I'm sure you are aware of. Sometimes people that are meant to be coming just don't turn up which is out of our hands. I am more than happy to put the $11.50 into your bank account if you want to send it to my email betty@milliondollarcruise.co.nz I will put it in straight away, not a problem.!!

Missed out on cruise
Unfortunately we couldn’t take this trip on Sunday 30 April. I ended up in hospital . I know there was no change, on these book me trips but under the circumstances is there any chance we can use this voucher in the next 10 days anytime, while we are still in Queenstown. We are so disappointed Thank you Raymond Bailey
