Riding an eco-friendly Segway is quite a unique experience. Segway Smart Motion technology keeps you balanced and in control.
To propel the vehicle forwards, you simply lean forwards.
To stop, just put your weight back. This sensation, while a little weird at first, is a thrill that everyone really enjoys.
A quick training session gets you used to the unique motion of the Segway.
Then take in the beautiful scenic views around Queenstown Bay while riding on this fascinating transporter. It's an hour on hands-on fun!

Great way to see Queenstown
A group of 5 of us went on a Segway tour of Queenstown and around the lake. It was a fun experience and we saw parts of Queenstown that we hadn't seen yet. I would highly recommend doing this. Our guide was friendly and tailored our tour to suit us.

It was really fun. The instructor was friendly and quite supportive and very helpful. We had so much fun on bay ride. Had an amazing experience.Highly recommend

Amazing Experience
Kevin is a fantastic tour guide. It was a magical was to explore Queenstown. I was a bit scared, but Kevin gave me the confidence to zip around town like a pro! Thanks so much.

Nov 2025 - unforgetable experience
I forgot the instructor's name. I believe it was David. Regardless. He was awesome!!!! I went with my mum. However, with his patience and support, everything went as planned - plenty of joy and a fantastic experience. So, I would recommend Q riding as an enjoyable activity and all the best for the instruction. Pablo
