Parasailing
Thoroughly enjoyed the time up in the sky, views were amazing, our photos were awesome too. I'm usually not good with heights but didn't feel wobbly & looking down was sweet, felt totally secure in the harness. We dd think the staff could have made the journey a little bit more fun & interactive with the passengers on board.

Para flight that didn't happen
Unimpressed with the poor communication. Booked our paraflight and turned up to kiosk to check in. The lady did not know where the people were and had to call the man only to find out he was sick, so unhappy that we were not called and told about this sooner, it meant we had to transfer funds to another experience and wait a really long time. My daughter and I were deeply disappointed

While unexpected circumstances can arise, you should have been contacted before arriving at the kiosk. We apologise for the poor communication and inconvenience this caused. As the booking was made through a third party, refund timeframes can sometimes be affected. We appreciate your understanding and are reviewing our communication procedures to ensure this is handled better in future.
