I had a great experience at the spa yesterday during school holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and modern, I heard it was renovated just this year. Love all the little throughtful touch on the facility such as the hair dryer, enclosed shower/ changing room; also the tog dryer is such fantastic idea to avoid customer carrying the wet togs for the rest of the trip (would be good to know how often this tog dryer is being cleaned and a Daily Hygiene Log posted next to it may be helpful?). The pool is clean and tidy. I bought my mom the signiture pool entry and she had a relaxing quiet time at the desinated pool area. The water at some of the wooden tub was not as clean as she expected, so i would deduct one star. We love the ambience of the site - nicely maintained bush and the footbath area was a nice touch. The open deck area is nicely design and clean, great for a brief rest with the family member. I will visit this gain.
