I highly recommend!! The waterfall was beautiful and the guide (Maui) was just fantastic, he was so patient and fun there was literally no dull moments at all!! If you’re looking for a mixture between fun and learning some history this is the place to be.
Thank you for the response, we are glad you had such a wonderful trip on the river! -Coastal Kayakers Team
This is our first time also most likely experience to play paddle
A great trip. Excellent organisation at base and an enjoyable time paddling up the river and among the mangroves. Good commentary.
Bob, you bloody legend! We loved having your aussie humour on the tour this week. Thank you for taking the time to review us. Cheers mate!
We did the classic waterfall tour and it was fab! Chad and Ollie our guides were super enthusiastic and had the whole group in stitches. Loved the history lesson as we paddled our way through the inlet and past mangroves. Seeing all the wildlife was also a highlight. Highly recommend to anyone up in the bay.
Wow Emily, thank you for the review and for choosing to join us on the Classic Waterfall tour! We quite enjoy Chad and Ollie's humour as well! Almost as entertaining as the Shags ;) We appreciate you recommending us and hope that you will stop by and say hello next time you find yourself in The Bay of Islands! Cheers Emily
