Your flight takes off gently in a custom-designed parasailing boat, taking you up to an astonishing 1300ft! Share in the adventure and fly with your friends and family, with options including solo flights and tandem options for up to 3x people.

Enjoy an optional dip in the water during the summertime, just let the skipper know before your flight!

After experiencing the thrill of New Zealand’s highest parasail, you’ll be gently returned to the boat, with Flying Kiwi Parasail having a perfect safety record and over 20 years of parasailing experience!

Adult Solo Parasail $155.00 (Price per person. 1 Adult in parachute. Minimum weight 80kg, not exceeding 150kg. )
Adult Tandem $125.00 (Price per person. 2x pax in parachute minimum. Combined weight maximum 240kg. )
Child Tandem $105.00 (Price per person. Child age 14yrs max. Child under 8yrs must parasail with Adult over 18yrs old. Combined weight maximum 240kg. Must be purchased with another Child or Adult Tandem Parasail. )

Restrictions

  • Adult Solo Parasail: Minimum weight 80kg and not exceeding 150kg.

    Tandem Parasail: Price is per person. This option is available for up to 3x people per flight, with a minimum of 2x people.

    Adult Tandem Parasail: Maximum combined weight must be less than 220kgs (wind dependent).

    Child Tandem Parasail: Child option is 14 years and under. Children under 8 years old must parasail with an adult over 18 years old. Child must weigh more than 20kg.

    1x Child Tandem Parasail must be booked in conjunction with another Child Tandem Parasail or Adult Tandem Parasail.

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • Please Note: Pricing is per person. Tandem Parasailing requires 2x pax minimum.

    Product Extra: GoPro Video Package

    This package is available at $50.00 per flight. The Go-Pro sits on a selfie stick in front of you and takes a video of you in the parachute with the epic views in the background. You leave the boat afterward with the SD memory card or uploaded to your phone. This option can be purchased upon checkout.

    Note: Discount Tickets are subject to minimum numbers. Bookings confirmed with minimum 4x people, smaller bookings standby to confirm.

    Bookings are subject to weather conditions. The wind is very changeable in the Bay of Islands therefore we cannot guarantee weights until the time of flights.

    Flying Time:Flight times last about 10-12 minutes and the whole duration of the trip about 1-1.5 hours.

Einfach unglaublich!

1.Sehr nettes und lustiges Personal. 2. Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick, man kann über so viele Inseln schauen 3.War auf jeden Fall das Geld wert 4. Man kann seine eigenen Kameras mitbringen oder für Aufpreis gefilmt werden 5. Ich würde es sofort noch mal machen 6. Man hat die Möglichkeit gegen Ende des Fluges seine Beine im Wasser baumeln zu lassen oder komplett nass zu werden ( sehr lustig)

Amazing Experience

The overall experience was amazing but the only thing we felt boring at was they took around 6 groups on a ride and it tooks like 13-14 mins for each group and by that time others just have to sit and wait for their turn, which was a bit too much.

Hi there, Yes, it states in our description that it can take up to 1,5 hours onboard the boat depending on how many people that is on the boat with you, as we can take up to 12 people. Hi there, Thank you for your review and rating. Ye,s it can take up to 1.5 hours on board the boat depending on how many people that is on the boat with you. We can take up to 12 people and 6 flights. Next time there might only be you guys on the boat. It fully depends on the day. It clearly states in the description that this might be the case. Some people want to be on the boat this length at it is quite a stunning scenic boat tour, while some prefer it to be a quicker turnaround. I am glad you highly enjoyed the experience though.
