Vanessa the skipper and her lovely staff Megan where super friendly and so knowledgeable about Bay of Islands history and the wildlife, here. We had numerous encounters with a small pod of very curious bottlenose dolphins which hung out with us and even followed us a while. It was definitely great to watch and also to know that we humans are not allowed to swim with the dolphins here in the bay. It helps to preserve the dolphines freedom and encourages their curiosity knowing we dont interfere too much in their habitat. Great day out on the catamaran. Thank you very much.
