Disappointing service

Gynnene said... Firstly the woman we had interactions with at Fullers was very rude and unfriendly. We felt it was because we had the discounted tickets. They changed our departure time and sent an email with little information. We had to chase them up. Lovely trip, absolutely stunning scenery. The skippers talk was impossible to hear which was frustrating.
