The Dock Restaurant offers a casual bar service serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with a full range of cocktails on offer. Our lounge style seating allows you to sit and enjoy your meals in comfort, right over the water. The Aquarium restaurant is a more formal setting which opens daily at 5:00 pm. You have the option to sit over the water in our Alfresco dining area or right next to our 66,000 Litre fish tank which showcases local marine life! Zane Grey’s is named for the legendary fisherman. Grey indulged his interest in fishing with visits to New Zealand and Australia. He first visited New Zealand in 1926 and caught several large fish of great variety, including a mako shark, a ferocious fighter which presented a new challenge. Grey established a base at Otehei Bay, Urupukapuka Island in the Bay of Islands, which became a destination for the rich and famous. Locally sourced ingredients, assembled by our talented chefs and delivered to you by our fantastic front of house team.
