Excellent experience

We had an overall excellent experience. The ferry was on time, facilities were clean, heaps of space on deck. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Fantastic place

Everything was perfect, except transfer to/from hotel. Thanks to the crew, very friendly and professional. It was not crowded at all which made the trip even more enjoyable

We didn’t get the transport as promised

They promise a free transport and that’s why we chose this vessel. The evening before they told us that the bus was full and we had to get there by ourselves. When we told them this wasn’t okay the staff was rude so pretty bad experience! I would recommend any other vessel that leaves from Fremantle because this one takes 1 hour longer.

Rottnest Island experience was good

Rottnest Island did not live up to it expectation. Overall experience was good. The hotel pickup/dropoff was a pita because they couldn't pick up us or drop us up at our hotel even though there was only another couple to be picked up. We did the Bayseekers tour on the island, whilst the commentary by the bus driver was good but not enough stops on the way to have the opportunity to take some photos, in fact just two stops only, very disappointed. When it is time for lunch, the foods choices wasn't abundance. We chose the Thomson that was a big mistake, we thought that we will try their salmon and noodles, lunch specials which was meant for two people and a garlic bread, we paid for $39 for the salmon and $11 for the garlic bread. It wasn't enough for one person and let alone had to wait nearly an hour for it. Meeting the quokkas was the focal point, couldn't get a close up selfie with it, very few and abundant, another let down.
