Poor customer service and no refund

Jacob Shiju said... Very disappointing experience I arrived 13 minutes early for my booked jet ski session, but due to poor communication and handling by the operator, I was unable to take the ride. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk. I called the provided number twice, but no one answered. About 40 minutes later, someone came to the booking area and told me the ride had already left. They said check-in closed at 8:15 am, but this was not clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation email. Despite clearly explaining the situation and providing all booking details, the company refused to offer any refund or reasonable solution. The response I received was unhelpful and unprofessional, with no customer care or flexibility. I do not recommend this service due to poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and loss of money.
