Poor communication

phillipb2 said... The day of the booking was canceled due to bad weather. They contacted me via email to change to a different day. The options didn't suit me, so I replied to them asking for other options. No reply. I emailed them directly, still no reply. I emailed the day I left Melbourne explaining my disappointment especially seems as though I work in the travel industry, but still to this day, yup, no reply. So, if I could give no stars, I would.
