Itinerary
- 7:30 AM: Pickup from Rainbow Beach (Shell Service Station).
- Ferry to K’gari: Short cruise with opportunities to spot dolphins, dugongs, and other marine life.
- Drive along the iconic 75 Mile Beach.
- Stop at Eli Creek for a swim or to relax.
- Explore the SS Maheno Shipwreck.
- Swim or unwind at Boorangoora (Lake McKenzie) and enjoy lunch.
- Discover Central Station and stroll through Pile Valley rainforest (tide dependent).
- Visit Wanggoolba Creek and its crystal-clear waters (tide dependent).
- Return along Eastern Beach and catch the ferry back.
- Arrive back in Rainbow Beach around 4:30 PM.

Excellent Tour Operator
We had a wonderful time with Discovery K'gari - they are an amazing tour operator. Our one day tour was filled with beauty: Lake McKenzie, Elli Creek, a Rainforest walk and the Maheno Shipwreck. Swimming in crystal clear water and floating down Elli Creek were my personal highlights :) The staff from Discovery K'gari was super nice, informative, experienced and good at driving on sand haha All in all, we had a beautiful time :)

Amazing Day on K’gari
I had such a fun day! It was lots of fun driving in the 4w cars on the beach. Jess the driver made the day such a fun experience. Her playlist was top! She was also really knowledgeable and her driving skills impressive ☺️
