Friday with the Pharaohs

As soon as you walk in the entrance you are met with the interior of the first tomb. Paintings of figures adorn the walls and ceiling, telling the story of the journey and trials of the dead. Through every turn new treasures await to be seen. Different aspects of tombs, of Pharaohs you've heard of, and others you might not have. The atmosphere surrounds you. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A great experience for those who are curious about what was within the sands of Egypt, without needing to crawl through tunnels. You can easily forget these are sanctioed replicas, the experience is so immersive.

Underwhelming

A collection of approx. 450 replica pieces is pretty ridiculous. And staff continuously referring to the pieces as artifacts makes things even more ridiculous. The items on display are made of the same materials as the smaller items for sale in the Thombs shop. Pathetic.
