    Rob Rodgers said... Booked and paid for New Years Eve climb but was contacted the next day by the actual tour operators who said that the “product” we bought wasn’t available. But for another approx. $40 each we could do the same climb on same evening, or else do that twilight climb on another day for the same cost. They said ‘Book Me’ was a separate third party booking service and had made the error. Anyway, despite me insisting that was between them and Book Me and nothing to do with me (as I had confirmed and paid for our climb), we were forced to go the evening prior to NYE. Nothing was included for free except one group photo on the bridge - photo package (most of which were pretty ordinary and unwanted shots) was about $30. Glad we did the climb but for me it wasn’t good value for money. Overall, the experience was good but not great.
